Consider expanding email solutions to Correspondence solutions

Consider replacing the Email solutions with Correspondence solutions.  Have the Email writer under the dropdown but also include a Professional letter writer added as well.  The email prompt will write a professional letter but adding a specialized bot to write letters could produce better results.
